Client Deliverables Ownership

Ownership of source code, custom graphics, and software assets developed by AI Solutions for clients is transferred according to the precise terms outlined in each project’s formal Statement of Work upon receipt of full contractual compensation.

• You possess all necessary ownership rights, licenses, and permissions to share the submitted information.

Confidential project data shared during formal client discovery is treated under strict bilateral confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) executed prior to technical architecture planning.
